A second edition of RGN's European Open will debut in January 2016 and offer up to $3,200 in prize money.

The first edition of the RGN European Open was won by touch the crown back in early December and saw the European team pocket $1,500 in first place prize money.

The American-based organisation have now announced a second edition of the European Open with a potential of up to $3,200 in prize money, which will run from January 10-February 4 in 2016.

As is now the standard with RGN online tournaments, the European Open II will use a double elimination format with a best-of-three upper bracket and a best-of-one lower bracket; servers and rules will be handled by CEVO.

Assuming 32 teams sign up (sign-ups will be $15 per player or $75 per team), the event's prize-pool breakdown will be:

1. - $2,000
2. - $800
3. - $400 

Teams wishing to sign-up for the European Open II will have until 23:59 on January 2nd to do so and the tournament will be covered over at azubu.tv/goRGNtv.
